Green Sports Alliance Presents

Telling the Story: Communicating Greening Efforts to the Public in Compelling and Meaningful Ways

Over the past decade or so, and in the last several years especially, sports teams, venues and universities have made incredible progress in improving the environmental performance of their sports and event operations. However, when it comes to communicating these efforts to the public and maximizing marketing and sponsorship opportunities around them, a great deal of untapped potential remains. An organization’s greening initiatives provide a fantastic platform to engage fans, generate new revenue, and build positive public perception and brand value.

On this webinar, we will hear from three expert organizations—the National Environmental Education Foundation, Shelton Group, and CSE—on how sports teams, venues and universities can seize the opportunities provided by their greening accomplishments to tell an authentic, compelling story to their fans and communities - gaining both quantitative and qualitative benefits in the process. We hope you can join us to learn more!
