Recognizing your school district's energy management/efficiency efforts helps to sustain momentum and support for your program. Recognition also motivates your district and builds a sense of pride and ownership in the program. External recognition from other organizations and businesses validates the district's energy management program, motivates staff and students and provides positive public relations for the district.
In this free webinar, KEEPS representatives discuss the three energy efficiency program awards available through KEEPS. Representatives from Kenton County Public Schools will discuss how they have applied for and achieved external recognition for their energy management programs - from ENERGY STAR®, partnership programs, businesses and other organizations. Merin Roseman from Kentucky Green and Healthy Schools (KGHS) will share information about the KGHS awards program as well as the KGHS Summit scheduled for May 18 in Frankfort.
This webinar is part of a series of webinars that facilitate school districts’ progress through the KEEPS Training System.
