- Administrative Associate
Ms. Elswick joined KPPC in September 2008. She provides administrative and operational support to the Unit Business Manager. She coordinates office functions such as purchasing, payroll, records management, budget preparation, special reports and other related activities.
Ms. Elswick has over 20 years of administrative and customer service experience. Prior to joining KPPC, she was employed as a supervisor/medical transcriptionist. Ms. Elswick also previously worked at the University of Louisville in the University Planning, Design and Construction department as an Administrative Secretary.
