Survey participants needed for new LGBTQ community website

Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness is partnering with the University of Louisville Center for Family and Community Well-Being to create a website to address the health needs of our LGBTQ community.  The goal for the website is to provide useful resources to meet these health needs.  In order to be successful, we need input from those who identity as being part of the LGBTQ community themselves, service providers, and parents or caregivers of someone who identifies as LGBTQ.  The survey asks specific questions about resources you would like to see on the page, and also asks you to list some of the resources you’ve personally used. We are requesting your input on this survey, which can be found at the following link:

The survey takes about ten minutes to complete but will provide a great deal if information for our staff during website development!  Please share this survey link with others that may be interested in contributing.  Thank you in advance for your help in making this website a useful product for our community!
