PeopleTools 8.54 Upgrade

STEC has approved the upgrade to PeopleTools for Financials, Portal (ULink), HR and CS. This will start in January and be completed by the end of March.


Our mission is to provide high quality technology-based services and solutions that will facilitate the vision, objectives, and goals of the University of Louisville.

Information Systems is responsible for designing, building and maintaining the University’s Enterprise information systems and departmental applications. Our scope of services ranges from the management and support of day-to-day activities to the implementation of major projects and University’s initiatives.

To accomplish our goals, Information Systems is organized into six (6) areas:

Production Support
ERP Development
Enterprise Development
Data Warehousing

The data warehouse is a central repository of data from the ERP systems. The data warehousing team is responsible for creating and maintaining this repository of data. Data is the warehouse is used for operational reporting, business intelligence reporting, and dashboards.

Interactive Applications

Information Systems provides Web-based, Mobile and Client-Server application development services for schools, departments, faculty, staff, and organizations.
