Faculty Credentials Information

by Martin,Kenyatta N last modified Oct 03, 2013 06:56 PM

The University of Louisville diligently seeks to employ and retain faculty members that have the academic training, knowledge, and experiences to teach in higher education settings.  Through these efforts, the integrity of the institution is maintained and classes offered to students meet or exceed the minimum academic requirements as set forth by accrediting bodies and state agencies.

The Office of Academic Planning and Accountability, a unit of the Executive Vice President and University Provost, supports academic units by providing processes to monitor faculty qualifications.  The following links provide information on the university's procedures.

For more information, please contact Connie C. Shumake, ccshum01@louisville.edu, Assistant University Provost and SACS/COC Accreditation Liaison.
