JOB SUMMARY

Insure the readiness of the computer labs, support the LAN/WAN systems.  Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple centers and labs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Insure the readiness of the enterprise student computer labs by configuring, maintaining and supporting IT computing centers LAN/WAN systems.

Monitor system performance and perform system training as needed.  Participate in capacity planning.

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple centers and labs.

Provide hardware and software support for all centers.

Evaluate, test and recommend system and application software.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

EXPERIENCE

Four years of related experience.  An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
