JOB SUMMARY

Plan, direct, and implement a harassment and sexual harassment education program for faculty, staff, and students.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

Plan, direct, and implement a harassment and sexual harassment prevention training program throughout the university.

Advise and counsel employees and students seeking information on the university's policy on harassment and sexual harassment complaints.

Conduct harassment and sexual harassment training in employee relations workshops, new employee orientation, and courses in supervision skills and staff development.

Develop audio/video and printed materials for promotion of the program.

Maintain confidential records related to harassment and sexual harassment complaints.

Develop human resources advisory bulletin in conjunction with other staff.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS

Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Occupational Training and Development, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Five years of related experience.
