JOB SUMMARY

Direct the design and production of University publications and other graphic materials.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

Plan, create and produce major and general University publications.

Direct and supervise the technical and professional staff of the design unit.

Coordinate the development and control of the University identity program.

Consult with University departments to discuss project objectives and advise on design and format required for specific graphic needs.

Maintain liaison with Director of Publications to determine project priorities and schedules.

Prepare budget proposals for individual projects and overall graphic program.

Perform related duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.

EXPERIENCE

Four years of experience in Graphic Design. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
