Advise the officers and members of the three Greek Governing Councils, serve as a resource and advocate to the university for 24 Greek organizations, composed of 1,000 students. Interact and meet with representatives from community, alumni volunteers and national officers. Supervise all work orders for Greek on-campus housing. Serve as Advisor to the SGA Student Organization Board, Administrative Advisor to RSO's, oversee registration and compliance of 160 Recognized Student Organizations with SGA and U of L regulations and procedures. Oversee one employee, one graduate assistant, and the Student Involvement Center.


Advising and providing resources to students in fulfilling their leadership positions.

Coordinating and supervising membership recruitment promotions, publications, and "rush weeks" for Greek Councils.

Overseeing the registration process for the 160 Recognized Student Organizations edit manual, monitor RSO's compliance with U of L policies, oversee the Student Involvement Center, office assignments.

Serving as liaison to the community for requests for charitable help from organizations, advising Greek Service Board, "Adopt-a-School" advisor.

Ensures the processing of all work orders and collecting payments for maintenance of campus owned Greek houses. Follow-up on fire inspection/safety notices. Safety education programming.

Supervising and instructing the Greek Life Secretary and Graduate Assistant on duties assigned.

Attending and providing guidance at all regular meetings and activities of the three Greek Councils, three honor societies and task forces.

Organizing, researching, and distributing statistics and evaluations of Greek students and their programs (membership, scholarship, etc.).


Master's degree in College Student Personnel Administration or Higher Education.


Six years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
