Honors Volunteer Program

The Honors Volunteer Program (HVP) is a student-led service organization that provides Honors students with the opportunity to serve the community through multiple projects each semester. HVP assists honors students at the University of Louisville in building substantial relationships with diverse non-profit organizations in the community.  This is accomplished by 1.) monthly service events that introduce students to local non-profits so that they might continue involvement , 2.) a continued service event with a chosen non-profit each semester, and 3.) a monthly newsletter that informs students of civic engagement opportunities.
