1st UP Event Options

Fall 2023 1st UP Events & Participation

In Fall 2023, 1st UP lunchtime meetups will be held at least once a month during the semester on Tuesdays, from 12-12:50pm. Lunch is provided free for all 1st UP participants at the meetups. For Fall 2023, our first meeting (9/5) will be in the SAC Ballroom. Other meeting locations will be announced soon!

Participation in 1st UP will include attending specific events (details below) and completing reflections on your participation in Engage:

  • Attend at least 4 out of 5 1st UP lunchtime meetups
  • Attend at least 2 campus events relevant to your personal interests
  • Attend a 1-on-1 meeting with your Student Success Coordinator

To be eligible for the completion grant, all of the above requirements must be met by Dec. 1, 2023, and you must track your own participation using the Engage Pathway. Email firstyear@louisville.edu with questions.
