Public Contracts

Covered Employees:

All contractors or subcontractors with public contracts are subject to the recordkeeping requirements.

Requirements:

Employers must keep records of the name, hours, and wages paid to each worker employed in a public work job.

Retention Period:

Documents must be retained for a minimum of one year after completion of the project.

Kentucky Revised Statutes Section 337.530
