Hourly employees are paid biweekly. Their workweek runs from 12:00 a.m. Friday morning until midnight the following Thursday. Payday is Friday of the following week. Paychecks for salaried employees are issued the 30th of each month. If the 30th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, payday is the preceding Friday.
Your pay is transferred electronically into your checking or saving account at the financial institutio of your chocice. In most instances, your payment isautomatically available in your account on the morning of the payment date. There is no need to make a special trip to cash or deposit a check. Direct deposit also eliminates the risk of a paper check being stolen, lost, or misplaced.
Please complete the direct deposit form, attach a voided check, and bring it to Payroll Services for processing. Once received and processed by Payroll Services, employees formerly receiving paper checks will receive at least one more paper check before the direct deposit process has been completed.
