From July to December of 2020 we hosted the New Vision of Health Text Service. Through this text-message platform we assessed if text messages were a good way to engage with people towards active reflection of multidimensional health. 

We are so excited to know that answer is YES! Because we accomplished our objective, we learned that people will interact through text messages to actively reflect on dimensions of their health, we are ending the initial pilot phase of the Harmony Curriculum project.  

We enthusiastically THANK those who signed up to help us test our text messaging service. We are so very grateful for your assistance in helping us to learn that text messages can be used to help people actively reflect on their health.
