the RRC Advanced Instructor cource prepares instructors to teach professional staff who will work or lead in recruiting, career counseling, and human resource capacities. Students take 12 graduate courses in adult learning theory, advanced facilitation methods, and organizational change and consulting.
The curriculum is aligned with the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction (IBSTPI) competencies and the Army Instructor Badge (AIB) requirements.
Students may elect to continue their degree through UofL’s online or in-person courses in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
