- Counselors for the New Millennium
The Counselors for the New Millennium (CNM) program offers scholarships to defray expenses for tuition and textbooks for ethnic minority graduate students. It also provides collegial support in a dynamic and intensive program for school counseling students. The program employs a cohort model to build strong support groups that often last well beyond graduation. - Holmes Scholars
The Holmes Scholars program consists of students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds pursuing careers in education at AACTE member institutions. The program is supported through the Nystrand Center of Excellence in Education. - Multicultural Teacher Recruitment Program
The Multicultural Teacher Recruitment Program (MTRP) has been addressing the shortage of minority teachers in our community's classrooms since 1985.

The Bias Incident Report Team (BIRT) is a group of faculty and staff who are committed to creating a proactive response to anyone who reports instances of hate and bias.
