A graduate of the University of Kentucky and University of Tennessee, Ms. Goff has worked in the field of early childhood education for over 20 years. Classroom experience includes child care settings and mental health outpatient program for children ages 2-5. She has also worked at the state level developing systems for children birth through five with disabilities and their families in Missouri, Louisiana, North Carolina and Kentucky. Ms. Goff provided technical assistance to over 20 states while working with the National Early Childhood Technical Assistance System. College teaching includes child development at the University of Missouri and pediatric sections of allied health courses at the Louisiana State University.
