Tracking and Evaluation
The CTSI Tracking and Evaluation Core is led by:
Rod Barber, MPH, MSW, Ph.D.
Professor of Social Work,
Kent School of Social Work
•Evaluate the overall growth/impact of the CTSI on clinical and translational science research at the University of Louisville and its community partners.
•Track the progress of UofL’s clinical and translational science training and degree programs and assess their outcomes for CTSI trainees and junior faculty career paths, especially for women and minority groups underrepresented in health sciences and research.
•Track and evaluate aims and milestones of CTSI
•Track community engagement and clinical and community-based translational research
•Participate in NIH’s national efforts to evaluation all CTSAs.
•Provide program evaluation support and consultation to public and private organizations.
•Provide technical assistance and support with research designs and data collection, processing and analysis.
