The deadline to order academic regalia for May 2024 Commencement has passed.

If you are a faculty member who owns their own regalia, but still need to inform us of your intent to participate, please send an e-mail to the commencement staff and indicate if you will be attending the University-wide commencement ceremony, Graduate School Doctoral Hooding Ceremony, or both. If you are serving as the faculty mentor hooding a student, please include that information and your mentee(s) name in your note as well. 

If you are a faculty member who needs academic regalia please send an e-mail to the commencement staff and please include the following information:

• Name
• Height
• Weight
• Academic Unit
• Highest Degree
• Institution awarding highest degree
• City, State of institution

The commencement staff will do their best to fit you with regalia from the limited extras. Late apparel will be available for pick-up during the late apparel sales and faculty regalia distribution event. All late requests will include a University of Louisville hood. Pick-up will take place on Thursday, May 9, from noon - 6:00 p.m. and on Friday, May 10, from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the Red Barn.
