Career Clusters & Pathways

A career cluster is a group of similar occupations in the same field of work that require similar skills. Career Clusters may be divided into several pathways and can be used to help students focus educational plans to obtain the necessary knowledge, competencies, and skills for success in a particular career pathway.

There are 16 career clusters with two to seven pathways in each, for a total of 79 pathways.
