UofL Personal Refund Code

All About Refunds

Get Started with BankMobile (Formerly HigherOne effective July 1, 2016)

University of Louisville has partnered with BankMobile to provide faster delivery of students refunds. The University of Louisville Personal Code gives students a secure access to the RefundSelection.com website where they can choose from TWO options on how to receive their refunds. Currently students are offered the option of - Electronic deposit to another account (Direct deposit to a bank account of the students choosing) or Same day deposit to a BankMobile Vibe checking account. All refunds are disbursed by BankMobile. The University does NOT issue refund checks, so students must access the RefundSelection.com website and choose an option for receiving any tuition account refunds.

You will receive your BankMobile Personal Code in the mail shortly after you register for classes in your first semester at the University of Louisville. Please visit RefundSelection.com and use your Personal Code to select your refund preference with BankMobile. Even if you do not receive financial aid, you may be eligible to receive a refund from the University of Louisville. For example, if you drop a class or if you withdraw during the drop/add period, you may be eligible for a refund.

Do not discard your UofL personal refund code. The personal code included in your refund selection envelope is needed to select how you receive student account refunds from the University of Louisville. Visit RefundSelection.com with your personal code, to select how you receive your refunds. All University of Louisville student refunds are disbursed through our refund partner, BankMobile (Formerly HigherOne). If you are in need of a replacement code, please contact the Bursar’s office.

The Personal Code will be mailed to your current address on file with the university. If your initial code is mailed to the wrong address, please contact the Bursar’s Office.

International Students – The UofL BankMobile personal code cannot be mailed to an address outside of the United States. Please log into ULink and provide a U.S. mailing address. After updating your information, contact the Bursar’s office to ensure a code is sent to the correct address.
