2.  Everything you ever wanted to know about budgeting for research proposals

When we’ve asked people for topic suggestions for these meetings, budgeting questions have come up over and over again.  If you have questions, bring them!  There ARE NO silly questions.  If you’re the ultimate budgeting expert, please come and donate an hour of your time to sharing that wealth of knowledge with your colleagues.  We’ll be comparing notes about how the different units approach things like salary and effort calculations.  Let’s foster some cross-unit collaboration and understanding.  If you have great budgeting resources (cheat sheets, etc), you’re encouraged to bring those to share.  Bring the funniest/craziest/weirdest or hardest budget questions you’ve ever personally received. Winner gets a prize.
