A&S; Curriculum Committee Minutes, 09/13/04

The committee reviewed proposals for two grants for teaching improvement, one from the Department of Mathematics and one from the Department of History. Both were recommended for funding.

Associate Dean Dietrich and the committee discussed guidelines for providing writing assistants in courses with a significant writing component. Dean Dietrich will finalize the guidelines and circulate them to faculty.
