Muhammad Ali was a humanitarian who showed the world a generosity and kindness that was second to none, but is he viewed as a civil rights leader? Come listen to University of Louisville scholar-activists and prominent local leaders discuss how Muhammad Ali inspired and supported the civil rights movement using his unique voice and national platform. We will examine what it means to be a civil rights leader now and join together in small group discussions about what participation in movements looks like today.
