Sarah Emery, Ph.D. Assistant Professor Biology Dept., University of Louisville Office: Life Science Bldg. 327 |
| Research Interests: plant ecology, biodiversity, succession, restoration, plant-fungus interactions, plant-insect interactions, invasive species, sand dune biology I am broadly interested in biodiversity and the dynamics of terrestrial
plant communities. My current work focuses on plant-fungus interactions
and the restoration of Great Lakes sand dunes. Other related interests
include the role of community evenness in ecosystem function, relationships
between diversity and compositional stability in grasslands, prairie and
savanna restoration, and the management and population dynamics of exotic
invasive species. Please contact me if you are interested in working in
my lab as a student (undergraduate or graduate), post-doc, or technician! |
