Chat Appointment

Making an appointment for a 50-minute chat consultation involves two steps:

1. Provide us with information about your writing and your concerns by filling in the form below. Please be specific regarding the times when you might be able to meet with us.

2. Attach your paper using the last area of the form below. If you cannot attach your paper, you may also email it to vwcenter@louisville.edu.

Chat appointments will be scheduled as consultants are available. Please list three three-hour windows when you will be able to schedule the appoint during normal Writing Center hours. (Required)

The Virtual Writing Center is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Please choose three three-hour windows when you would be available to meet for your chat. For example, 9am-noon Monday, 2pm-5pm Thursday, etc.
