The American Association of University Women (AAUW) at UofL, UofL Women's Center and Lead Kentucky presents the 3rd Annual Lead KY: University of Louisville.

Due to covid-19, the event was cancelled. However, the topic of women in politics was discussed during a general body meeting which can be viewed via our YouTube. 

Students attending Lead KY: University of Louisville learn from Kentucky politicians and leaders, participate in breakout sessions including topics on careers in politics, running for office, activism in the arts, and being a leader overall. Speakers provide concepts that students will think critically about and help to prepare our future leaders. Not only will students be enhancing and learning new concepts, but they will be able to learn skills that are needed to truly be successful.

Lead KY is the premier program for recruiting and empowering college women interested in all professions--equipping them with the skills, confidence, encouragement, and opportunity to become the Commonwealth’s next generation of leaders.
