Presidential historian and ABC news consultant Richard Norton Smith will lecture on Abraham Lincoln and emancipation.  The lecture will be followed by a McConnell scholar panel discussion on Lincoln and leadership in Kentucky.  Professor Smith’s lecture is made possible by University Libraries, the McConnell Center, and the University of Louisville History Department with additional funds from the Kentucky Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission.  Occurs at the William F.
