Due to the complexity of such an undertaking, the committee members and stakeholders across campus will divide this project into three main phases:
- Phase I: Marketing Needs - Identifying the needs and building pathways for potential students and donors to be able to better learn about the university and ultimately apply or donate.
- Phase II: Communication Needs - Identifying the core functions and tools needed for current students to be able to stay informed, engaged and successful.
- Phase III: Collaboration Needs - Determining and building the platforms needed for faculty and staff to work efficiently.
Since this project is still in the early discovery phase, a complete and accurate timeline isn't realistic to put forth to campus. However, a rough proposed timeline for this project is:
