Using Enfold Desktop
Windows users, take advantage of the desktop integration features of the Enfold Desktop file management utility!
Enfold Desktop - easy file handling
Enfold Desktop allows people using UofL's CMS to easily copy or update web content directly from the Microsoft Windows desktop. If you're a windows user, and you need to do a lot of updates, then you really want to use this utility!
First, download Enfold Desktop:

DownloadWebmaster note: This has only been tested to work with Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, and 2003.
and install Enfold Desktop (ED).
Open Enfold Desktop:
There should be a blue icon on your desktop after you installed ED. It looks like this:
Add Session:
Right-click
in the window to "add session."
Configure Session:
Enter the name of your site, and the URL to get to it.
Make sure to
* un-check "Use Integrated Windows Security", and
* "Use HTTP basic authentication" is checked on.
* Click [ OK ] to save.
Start the session:
Double-click on the new session you've created.
View your files!
You should see files now:
