a way to know what serch terms are being used on a per-site basis
???Web logs???
Ability to include rss / news feeds
pull in XML feeds as a portlet.
Need to be able to set the update cache/threshold.
Site Map
The suggestion was made at a meeting that a "Site Map" folder would be a good idea.
recent changes
recently_modified shows all changes to all sites. It should show only recent modifications in the department's site ($subsite/path).
per-folder-based Portlet control
Want to be able to control/override display of any portlet on a per-folder basis.
Image gallery view
Making the photoalbum modeled some what after the facebook model, in so much as that if you click on a photo, you can click it again to see the next photo in the series and click that photo to see the next. This makes a faster viewing of photos and easier use.
One option is to include a flash-based image gallery
Other Features to consider
* Spellchecking * Polls
* For authenticated users, add a "GET HELP" link that links to a knowledgebase in a new window
* easy way to include a Flash content in a page
* Process to include a media in a page.
CSS tweaks
the indent button <blockquote> should not reformat the color and not add that crazy || bar thing before the paragraph.
PHP inclusion?
* http://www.zope.org/Members/hewei/PHParser Can we embed PHP code inside a plone?
Sharing option
A way to upload a batch of userIDs to apply sharing options. (As an example, this functionality would facilitate adding sharing permissions to a class.)
Feedback
Either on a per-page or per-site basis. Sends a note to the site manager (and web team?) Maybe a site-wide feedback/suggestion survey similar to what Intel does on intel.com
