Web Accessibility Training and Certification is available for all staff and faculty members who publish to the University's Web site.

Training

Web Accessibility Training and Certification is available to all staff and faculty members, as well as graduate students who are editing departmental sites. The training curriculum has been developed by staff and faculty here at the university who are on the Web Accessibility Team. There are three sessions in this series:

Web Accessibility 101 – Why Accessibility?
Web Accessibility – Standards & Guidelines
Web Accessibility – UofL Templates

Coming soon is Web Accessibility training for Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Adobe PDF. Until then, you are encouraged to visit the Microsoft and Adobe website for this training.

Notification of upcoming training opportunities will be communicated through the UofL Web Producers Group (subscription),  UofL Today emails, WebGuides User Group (subscription) and the University of Louisville Web Accessibility Website.
