  Military Friendly Schools



All students receiving VA Benefits will have to fill out the verification of enrollment form found at this link

The University of Louisville has been named a Military Friendly School for 2015 by G.I. Jobs, a monthly magazine designed to help veterans make the transition from military service to the civilian workforce.

UofL has made the magazine’s list five years in a row.

November 11th   Veterans Day Celebration    We invite you to join us for the University of Louisville's Veterans Day Celebration!  On this day, we pause to pay tribute to the members of our armed forces who have fought to preserve our nation and our freedom.  Red Barn 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.



Nov. 7th  Spring 15 Registration for Continuing Students begins

Nov. 12th  Conversation Cafe   "This I Believe"  Essay discussions with veterans -Cultural Center Multi-Purpose Room  12:00 p.m.  Lunch will be served.

Nov. 26th-30 2014  Thanksgiving Break

Dec. 8th Last Day of Classes

Dec. 18th Fall 2014 Commencement Ceremonies

Veterans Services Advisory Committee

In the Fall of 2008, the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Affairs, Dr. Dale Billingsley, and the Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Tom Jackson charged a task force with identifying needs of veteran students at UofL.  The Military Advisory Group meets quarterly to address these needs.
