Ambassador Crum
Since his retirement from coaching in 2001, Denny Crum has taken on a new role with the University of Louisville. He has become a great ambassador for the school throughout the community as well as with alumni groups throughout the country. A more appropriate description than "ambassador" might be "Minister of Good Vibrations," which fits well with Crum's California roots. It also accurately describes how UofL fans and alumni feel when he shows up at an event.
