Healthy As A Horse
The new Kentucky Racing Health Services Center has been a godsend for horse racing's backside workers since it opened last spring. The center, a joint initiative between U of L and the Kentucky Racing Health and Welfare Fund Inc., assists these workers with free health care services while helping medical and nursing students gain on-the-job experience.By Kevin Hyde
