Using 18 years of research, Thomas Lyons, the Fifth Third Bank Professor of Community Development, and his business partner developed the Entrepreneurial League System (ELS) to help streamline "enterprise service providers"--such as business incubators--and rate entrepreneurs based on experience and knowledge. The program mimics Major League Baseball's farm system.
