The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™ encourages and accelerates global adoption of sustainable green building and development practices through the creation and implementation of universally understood and accepted tools and performance criteria.  The following buildings are being designed to achieve LEED certification.

• Center for Predictive Medicine – estimated completion date, October 2008
• Clinical & Translational Research Building – estimated completion date, January 2009
• HSC Parking Garage II - estimated completion date, November 2009
• Kersey Library Renovation - estimated completed completion date, August 2010
