Curriculum Vitae

Frank Goetzke received his doctorate in Economics from WVU in 2006. He has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Biology (University of Bremen, 1991) and a Master’s degree in Energy and Environmental Studies (Boston University, 1996). Frank has more than 20 peer-reviewed publications, two book chapters and one co-authored monograph. He also has been a guest editor for two special journal issues on transportation, as well as a visiting scholar at the IFO Institute for Economic Research and the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change. He also is a research fellow at the RWI Institute for Economic Research. Furthermore, Frank had served in the Council for the Southern Regional Science Association.

Research Interests: Transportation planning and modeling, governance in sustainability and environmental policy, urban and regional economics, applied and spatial econometrics
