One graduate research assistant (GRA) position is available for a student pursuing a Master of Arts or Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Concentration in Sustainability. GRAs are required to work 20 hours per week under a professor's supervision and maintain a full-time course load. GRAs receive full tuition remission (excluding fees), monthly stipend, and health insurance. This position supports 10 months a year for two years. Contingent on final budgetary approval, the PhD program has Graduate Research Assistantship (GRA) funding available for highly qualified applicants to begin the program in the Fall semester (this August). Interested applicants must apply to the program and for the graduate research assistantship (GRA) by August 1.


Five (5) scholarships are available for students pursuing a Master of Urban Planning or Master of Public Administration. Each scholarship is awarded as a one-time payment in the amount of $2,000 for tuition remission. To be considered for a UPA Scholarship, please fill out and submit this application.
