Free film series offers international focus

Four films from four countries in four days -- the University of Louisville’s International Film Series will feature free, public screenings and discussions of films Feb. 23-26.

Screenings will begin at 6 p.m. in Ekstrom Library’s Chao Auditorium with moderators leading discussions afterward. The Institute for Intercultural Communication and the communication department offer the eighth annual film series.

The schedule includes:

-“My Time Will Come,” Ecuador, Feb. 23

-“1942: A Love Story,” India, Feb. 24

-“Metropolis,” Japan, Feb. 25

-“Bamako,” Mali, Feb. 26
