Fall Kentucky Author Forum interviews to air on KET

Fall 2009 University of Louisville Kentucky Author Forum interviews with Harold Varmus, author of "The Art and Politics of Science," and Michael Sandel, author of "Justice: What's the Right Thing to Do?" will air on KET starting Jan. 13.

Varmus, Nobel Laureate in Medicine, former director of the National Institutes of Health, and president of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, talks with Gow. Howard Dean twice this week:

  • KETKY: Friday, Jan. 15, at 6 p.m. EST

Sandel talks with John S. Carroll, prize-winning journalist, former editor of The Los Angeles Times, The Baltimore Sun and The Lexington Herald-Leader, will air several times starting Thursday, Jan. 14:
