Block Party requires blue parking changes Sept. 21–23

by Parking Office last modified Sep 12, 2012 09:58 AM

The north half of the blue parking lot at Third and Brandeis will be closed to parking Sept. 21 in preparation for the Student Activity Board’s 9th Annual UofL Block Party.

Blue permit holders who use this lot are encouraged to park in the Speed Museum Parking Garage, located to the north of the museum, off Second Street. The museum will provide free parking to blue permit holders who regularly use the Brandeis lot. When the garage no longer can accept blue permit holders, parking will be available at the north visitor’s lot by Davidson Hall.

The Third and Brandeis lot will remain closed through Sunday evening, Sept. 23.

The Block Party is a family friendly event for the entire university community and its neighbors. It will take place on Cardinal Boulevard and on the Third and Brandeis parking lot on Saturday, Sept. 22, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Watch UofL Today for more details.
