Undergraduate Affairs Staff Manual
Undergraduate Affairs (UGA) is a division of the Office of the Executive Vice President and University Provost. The division reports to the vice provost for undergraduate affairs as reflected in the organizational chart. The divisional services and offices are listed on the UGA home page.
This online manual provides the text of divisional policy statements and links to the major university policy documents that govern the division, as well as divisional business procedures, directories and other reference material. The online manual is maintained in the office of the vice provost and updated as necessary. It is the official and authorized manual, superseding printed copies of the UGA manual. Endorsements and latest revision date are indicated on each document in the manual. UGA staff members should consult the online manual on all questions of policy and current practice.
Questions concerning the manual or recommendations for other material to be included here for reference should be directed to the Office of the Vice Provost or to any UGA director.
