Matthew J. Hawthorne, J.D., joined the Office of Technology Transfer in May 2003 as an Intellectual Property Clerk while enrolled in the Brandeis School of Law.  Upon successfully graduating law school in May 2005, he joined the OTT as a Contract and Compliance Specialist, responsible for managing Material Transfer Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements, assisting in License and Option negotiations, and also supports the Offices of Industry Contracts and Grants Management in their negotiations.
