Eric M. Castlen, B.S.C.E., J.D., joined the Office of Technology Transfer as a technology transfer officer in October 2008.  A native of Owensboro, Kentucky, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctor degree at Northern Kentucky University, Chase College of Law.  Eric is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the Kentucky bar.
