Christopher A. Fick, Ph.D., joined the Office of Technology Transfer as a technology transfer officer in June 2008.  He earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois and his Ph.D. in an interdisciplinary biological sciences program from East Carolina University.  Prior to joining OTT, Chris was a Licensing Assistant at East Carolina University where he gained experience in many areas of technology transfer and completed the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM) basic licensing course. 

Primary Responsibility Areas:
Evaluation, licensing, and marketing of research disclosures from the medical campus.
