The Box Office takes cash, checks (made payable to the University of Louisville), and Visa/Mastercard. The Box Office will also open one-hour before curtain at the performance location for evening performance ticket sales. Credit cards are not accepted at the Playhouse box office the night of performances.

Subscriber Ticket Exchange
Subscribers may only exchange their tickets by phone or in person. Call or visit the box office 24 hours before the scheduled date to make an exchange.
Emergency Procedures
In the event of a fire or severe weather, you will be directed by the House Manager to the nearest exits and/or safety zone. For your safety, please exit in a calm and orderly manner.
Latecomer Policy
Playhouse: Latecomers will be directed to temporary seating, when available, until intermission.
Thrust Theatre: Because of its intimate size, late seating varies show to show. Latecomers will either be directed to temporary seating, when available, or will not be seated until intermission.
Cameras and Recording Devices
The use of cameras, with or without flash, recorders, or other electronic devices inside the theatre is strictly prohibited.
Children
Children under age five are not admitted. If older children prove disruptive or restless, both patrons and children will be asked to wait in the lobby.
Food and Drink
Food and drinks are not allowed in the theatre.
Pagers, Phones, and Watch Alarms
Please turn off all pagers, phones, watches, and other electronic devices (or set to silent mode) before entering the theatre. Texting during a performance creates a distraction for the company and other patrons and will not be permitted.
