Registration and Fees:

The Miller Analogies Test is now a computer based test, administered biweekly. Space is limited for each date and time slot. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. You may download and print the MAT registration form (PDF). The form and $90 payment must be received one week in advance. Any registrations received after the one week deadline will be assessed a $20 late registration fee and must be paid with cash or credit card. Our mailing address for forms is: Testing Services, Davidson Hall Room 310, Louisville, KY 40292. An admission ticket will be mailed to all examinees registered one week prior to testing.

The fee to take the Miller Analogies Test is $90 (effective July 2010). Test fees are not refundable for any reason and must accompany your registration form. If you are unable to attend on your originally scheduled date, you must call the office within six (6) months of initial payment to reschedule. There is a $20.00 rescheduling fee to change test dates.

If you have taken the MAT within the last 12 months, you must indicate your prior test date on the registration form.
