Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, Testing Services will close only if the University of Louisville is closed. You can check U of L's closing status at www.louisville.edu or call 502-852-5555 . If you do not see a notice that U of L is closed on that page, then U of L  is open, as is Testing Services. This is in effect for all testing, including weekend tests.

For the latest information on test cancellations and our office closing due to winter weather, please call our voicemail at 502-852-6606, Prometric examinees can call 502-852-6607.  We will have an announcement on both of these voicemails by 7 am regarding a CLOSURE if Testing Services is closed. You can see our Prometric testing calendar real-time at www.prometric.com OR can call candidate care at 800-853-6769.
